No we cannot accommodate pets in our properties

Do you allow smoking in any of your properties?

We do not allow smoking inside any of our properties.

Do you take a security deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do take a security deposit from our guests.  The deposit is held until you have checked out and the property has been checked for any damage.  We will Notify you within 24 hours of check out if there are any damages to be charged.  Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

Free WiFi is available at all of our properties.

Can we order deliveries to the property?

Yes, deliveries of take-aways and online shopping can be sent to the property.  Please Note, GPG Serviced Accommodation cannot accept responsibility for any missing items that you send to the property.  Any deliveries ordered are at your own risk.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is fully refundable if it is received at least 14 days prior to check in date.  50% refundable for cancellations at least 7 days before check in.  No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in

Do you have parking at your properties?

There is free parking with Telephone House, Southampton and Longships Way, Reading.
There is on street parking at Bellamy Court, Chelmsford (parking restrictions may apply).
For Long Term bookings of 1 month or more in Chelmsford, a parking permit may be possible at an additional cost. Please request this at time of booking and at least two weeks before your intended arrival date.
